Jeffcom 911 is located on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula in the small city of Port Hadlock, WA. We are co-located with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office, the Jefferson County Jail, and Jefferson County Emergency Management.
We have a staff of 14 to include 911 Dispatchers, Information Technology, Records and Office Management. Jeffcom 911 is an independent agency that is governed by an Administrative Board. We truly are the home of the “First, First Responders”.
VALLEY COMMUNICATIONS CENTER

Located in Kent, Washington, Valley Communications Center is the Regional 9-1-1 Center that provides emergency communications services to communities of South King County. Valley Com, as we are known, is responsible for answering emergency 9-1-1 calls and dispatching resources such as police officers, firefighters, and paramedics to citizens requiring assistance. Our service area spans from Seattle’s southern border to a few blocks south of the Pierce County line and from Vashon Island to the foothills of the Cascade Mountain Range.

The UWPD Communications team serves the unique community of the University of Washington’s primary campus in Seattle. The Seattle campus is a compact urban environment with a typical daytime population of around 80,000 people within just over 1 square mile. The center operates 24/7 providing 9-1-1 and police dispatch services as well as supporting various other critical communication needs for the campus.

Port Angeles, WA
Located inside the Port Angeles Police Department, Peninsula Communications, or PenCom, is the centralized answering point for all 911 calls in Clallam County and in the Clallam and Jefferson County portions of Olympic National Park.
The center provides emergency dispatch services to several agencies, including the Clallam County Sheriff's Department, Port Angeles Police and Fire Departments, Sequim Police Department, Lower Elwha Tribal Police, Forks Police Department, Forks Hospital District, La Push Tribal Police, Olympic National Park Rangers, and six fire protection districts.

Our Communications Center is located inside the Enumclaw Police Department and consists of 6 Communications Officers and 1 Communications Supervisor. The center operates 24/7 and provides law enforcement call-receiving and dispatching services for the Enumclaw Police Department and after-hours services for Mt. Rainier National Park. Employees of the Enumclaw Police Department strive to uphold our mission to the community everyday by ‘serving with purpose.’

Snohomish County 911 (SC911) is a consolidated 911 Dispatch Center providing Police/Sheriff, Fire, and EMS services to all of Snohomish County. We are one of the largest Centers in the State processing around 820,000 calls annually and supporting 46 Police/Sheriff and Fire/EMS agencies.

SEATTLE COMMUNITY SAFETY AND COMMUNICATIONS CENTER (CSCC)

The Seattle Community Safety and Communications Center (CSCC) is the City of Seattle’s Public Safety Answering Point for 9-1-1 and non-emergency calls for police. The CSCC was created on June 1, 2021, and answers approximately 900,000 calls per year. The CSCC is recruiting diverse people who enjoy helping people and want to make a difference in the community. No experience is necessary. Training is paid and pay starts at over $65,000 a year. The CSCC employs many diverse and unique individuals who work well in a team environment and connect over a shared purpose.
ICOMM 911 - Island County

Island County Emergency Services Communications Center (I-COM 911) is an inter-local agency providing 911 Call Receiving and Dispatching services for law enforcement, fire, and emergency medical responders serving Whidbey and Camano Islands. Located at the north end of Whidbey Island in Oak Harbor, Washington, and operational since March 1997. ICOM employs Dispatchers, all cross-trained to handle in-progress emergencies or calls of a non-emergent nature for fire, search and rescue, law enforcement or medical assistance.

Skagit 911 answers, processes, and dispatches all 9-1-1 calls within Skagit County and parts of Whatcom County. Skagit 911 serves nine law enforcement agencies, four municipal fire agencies, seventeen fire districts, and one EMS agency. Skagit 911 utilizes and maintains several different technologies, such as a CAD (Computer Aided Dispatching) system, a 911 phone system, multiple radio towers, and the core radio system for emergency responders in Skagit County.
