There is a 911 shortage across the nation, and Washington State is no exception. Washington State 911 Jobs was formed to address the critical staffing shortages in our 911 Call Centers. Supporting and working in collaboration with 911 agencies across the State of Washington, Washington State 911 Jobs seeks to highlight the 911 industry, assist in recruiting and testing applicants, and address the benefits and challenges of being a 911 professional. It is the vision of Washington State 911 Jobs to work in unison to overcome this staffing shortage.
Washington State 911 Jobs will host virtual LIVE recruiting events on Tues Jan 28 (12:00 pm), Wed March 19 (2:00 pm), and Thurs March 27 (3:30 pm)! Each 1.5 hour session starts with an overview of the work 911 dispatchers do every day, followed by a Q&A session for you to talk directly with recruiters.
